Canadian North Frost Bite Swim Camp - January 11 to 13, 2008

Swimmers in Cubs, Bronze, Silver and Gold participated in the 2008 Canadian North Frost Bite Swim Camp featuring Chartered Professional Coach Sam Montgomery (check out Sam's bio below) from January 11 to 13, 2008.

Swimmers and coaches received top level instruction in freestyle and backstroke (starts and turns included) over the three days of the camp. Coach Sam focused in on the elements of each event that maximize the opportunities for each swimmer to improve their performance. Swimmers also spent time working on the 5th stroke - underwater dolphin - which is a critical element of freestyle, backstroke and butterfly events.
