1st What = Raise right hand like you are going to do the "I don't know" shrug"
2nd What = Raise left hand like you are going to do the "I don't know" shrug"
3rd What = Shrug.
4th What = Drop your shoulders.

5th - 11th What = With your arms in the "I don't know" position, rotate counter clockwise, with each what, stopping momentarly between each "what".
