Weekly Schedule

2011 - 2012 Swim Season

• September 19 - Returning Swimmer Camp 4:30 - 6:30
• September 21 - Rookie Swimmer Camp 4:30 - 6:30
• September 23 - GEAR SWAP NIGHT 4:30 - 6:30 NO SWIMMING (GOLD, SILVER, BRONZE are invited to come for a warm-up swim Friday September 23rd while the gear swap is on.)
• September 26 - Family Fun Night 4:30 - 6:30
• September 28 - regular programming starts
• October 16 - YKPBSC Time Trial # 1
• November 5,6 - Swimathon (this is mandatory)
• November 12 & 13 - YKPBSC Time Trial # 2 and 5km challenge GOLD/SILVER
• November 19, 20 - Hay River Elk's Meet
• December 2 - 4, 2011 - JP Fiset Invitational - Edmonton
• December 10 - end of swimming for regular groups
• December 17 - 10km Challenge - GOLD
• January 3, 2012 - Regular program begins after Christmas break
• January 6 - 8 - Frostbite Swim Camp
• January 13, 14 - Junior Frostbite
• January 26 - 30 - Alberta Senior Provincials Medicine Hat
• February 11 - 13, - NWT Territorial Championships
• February 23-27, - Team Aquatic Supplies Alberta Age Group Trials - Location TBD
• March 5 - 16, Spring break
• March 8 - 12, - Speedo Alberta Age Group Championships - Location TBD
• March 19 - All groups return after spring break
• April 6 -9 - Easter (no swimming Easter weekend)
• May 11 - 13 - Kimberlite Classic Open Invitational
• May 20 - Toffee Gala
• May 27 - 29 - Silver Cup - Edmonton
• June 1 - 5 - Kamloops Classic
• June 17 - 19, - Team Aquatic Supplies Age Group Trials LC - Location TBD
• July 5 -9, - Speedo Alberta Age Group & Senior Championships - Location TBD

Notes:There is no swimming on statutory holidays or holiday weekends. Swimming on Saturdays may be cancelled if no coaches are available due to away meets.
